Application for Enrolment Kit The Application for Enrolment Kit contains an Application for Enrolment Form as well as an accompanying Application for Enrolment Notes Booklet. The Form and Notes Booklet are available, via the links below, in both an electronic and print version. Electronic Version: The electronic version of the documents can be downloaded, saved to your own computer and the Application for Enrolment Form completed electronically.  Please note that a complete Application for Enrolment Form is required for each student that you wish to enrol. Hint:  If applying for enrolment for more than 1 student, save one completed version of the form multiple times and change the relevant particular details for each additional student. Print Version: The print version, whilst available electronically, is designed to be downloaded, printed and the Application for Enrolment Form filled in by hand.  Please note that a complete Application for Enrolment Form is required for each student that you wish to enrol. A copy of the print version of the Application for Enrolment Kit is also available via the school office. Enrolment Policy

St Luke’s Catholic Parish School will be a welcoming community for those desiring to live Gospel values in the Catholic Tradition. Those eligible for enrolment include members of St Luke’s worshipping community and Catholics within the parish. Further places will be offered to Catholics beyond the Parish boundary. Families of children with older brothers and sisters already in the school are given first consideration. Other applications will be considered on their own merit.

Children will need to be five by 30 June in the year they start in the preparatory year class.

 

Birth and Baptismal certificates must be presented with the completed enrolment form.  Children currently enrolled in Prep progress through to Year 1 without parents having to meet again with the Principal but parents will be expected to attend the Information Evening arranged for them.

 

Enrolment Process

The enrolment process involves the sharing of information between the family and the school so that an informed decision can be made about the child’s entry into St Luke’s Catholic Parish School.

When the completed Enrolment Form is returned to the school’s secretary an appointment with the Principal is arranged. This meeting is a vital part of the information sharing process.

An Information Evening in October is an opportunity for new parents to meet the child’s teacher and other parents as well as being a time to share further information about the child’s entry into St Luke’s Catholic Parish School.
